I decided years ago that in order to be the best, I had to surround myself with the best. When I say, “the best” I mean people who work with passion, compassion, common sense, urgency, and incredible attention to detail. We operate at a high level to deliver exceptional customer service, and because there is no “one size fits all” in mortgages, my team is comprised of problem solvers and doers!
Everyone has their own role and expertise within the group, complimenting each other’s strengths and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Every morning we meet to review files in process—this is the differential because it allows for checks and balances, creative thinking, and problem solving. Our morning meetings keep files moving, communication flowing, and mortgages closing!

Ensuring that the team delivers a remarkable customer service experience for every customer they serve is Mallory and Ryanne’s sole focus as team leaders. They make sure the team is operating optimally by putting the right people in the right seats on the bus, and they are passionate about mentorship and cultivating each team members’ natural strengths.

LO Assistants
Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) are the difference makers! They are the customers’ first point of contact in the loan process, and their primary goal is to create a customer service experience that fosters trust from the start with both the borrower and the Realtor. Their excellent customer service is only matched by their extensive knowledge of all the current loan programs.
The LOAs receive all initial calls from clients for pre-approvals and process loan applications until they go into underwriting. LOAs also gather all initial paperwork and arrange a loan consultation meeting with Mallory or one of their team members.
